These books were developed by True Blue Cockatoo for Toga Hospitality in Australia. Throughout production a close liason with the Marketing Department ensured these books met Toga's objectives.
The Curve Cookbook was intended as a primer and confidence builder for busy young executives needing achievable and stylish meals to serve their family and friends.
Vibe Entertains lifted the game by building on skills learnt previously to produce exceptional dishes and delicious cocktails to impress all.
Some recipes were adapted from those supplied by Vibe's chefs, the remainder developed by Sonia Van de Staat who also prepared the food for photography.
